My New Go-To Dealership! I'm going to start off by saying I did an enormous amount of research on what car to buy, where to buy it and how much to pay. I was working with several other dealerships that were trying to get me approved on the car I wanted, in the color I desired with the terms that I needed. After weeks of headaches I decided to check local Honda inventory one last time. I saw that Waikem Honda had a black 2019 Honda Civic Si coupe listed for sale, but no photographs had been taken yet (it just rolled off the truck the day prior). I walked in on a SUPER BUSY Saturday and Marwah immediately greeted me and asked what I was interested in. She let me test drive a different color Si coupe while they did the PDI process on the black one. She had me approved with incredible terms with the car I wanted in less than an hour. Marwah, and the entire Waikem Honda sales staff are friendly, patient and come with a no-nonsense attitude. I can not recommend Waikem enough and they have a customer for life. More

She didn't try to push us in any direction, and in fact, let us go our own way, answering questions quickly and professionally. We were originally there to look at a newer model Nissan Rogue, but when we seen the Civic on the showroom floor, it was love at first site. Sarah is friendly, professional and we will do business with her again in the future. I want to shout out to Mo in financing as well. He is awesome and actually sold me my Rogue in 2016. He made our process a lot less stressful, all while making sure we knew what options were available. This team is awesome! More
