Kodiak was awesome, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions and listened to our wants/needs/concerns. I went to replace a recalled part and also asked them to check the car because it was making noises and vibrations on the highway. When I returned, I was told the components connecting the tires to the car check the car because it was making noises and vibrations on the highway. When I returned, I was told the components connecting the tires to the car were rusty on both sides and needed replacement, and that all four tires also needed to be changed. This felt like a scam, so I declined the service. They then charged me $170 for “diagnostics,” a fee I was never informed about when I dropped off the car. I felt completely ripped off. I later took the car to another shop, where I learned the rust was only on the driver’s side and the tires were perfectly fine. The repair cost me about 15% of what the dealership quoted. I will never service my car at this dealership again. More
