Tom and Jessica were amazing! Tom was very patient with all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it quickly. Tom was very kind and I would recommend him to everyone I know. Jessica did amazing, she said she was new to her role and she was fantastic! Diehl Honda made this process so smooth and easy. The only thing we noticed was the person training Jessica was slightly condescending to her. We weren’t huge fans of his attitude towards her as she was still learning. He also did not take no for an answer stating it was “crazy” that I worked in a hospital and wasn’t willing to go with the dings and dents package. His demeanor was completely different from Tom and Jessica. We would recommend Tom and Jessica to everyone. More

I took my 2018 Honda Accord Sport 1. 5L with 110k miles to Diehl for an oil change and to have my climate control fixed. I was getting heat on the driver side but ice cold air on the pass 5L with 110k miles to Diehl for an oil change and to have my climate control fixed. I was getting heat on the driver side but ice cold air on the passenger side. Later that day I was called to be notified that the oil change was completed but that in order to fix the heat, that I would need to replace the engine for $8,000. I then took it to my personal mechanic and he replaced a belnd door actuator for $170 and I have heat now. Never taking my car to Diehl for service again since they tried to scam me. More
