Lance Cushman took care of my service issues. He was very easy to work with and made everything great. I was pressed for time but also had a brake fluid flush suggested for my CRV. No. In the process of hurry up signing I learned via Ups letter title clerk Toi lost some very important form. I felt rushed by Rodney. He kept overtalking..me. Then Toi title clerk losing document. Very inconvenient. So my rating for them is 0 to 1. My Attorney looked over everything Good. That said Rodney may know his job well. But it pays to slow down. More

If the vehicle was truly inspected by a mechanic, there should have been much, much more disclosed about its condition including significant oil leaks, corrosion, and interior issues. If they were not noticed, I’d question that there was any proper mechanical inspection done by the dealership. Part of doing business with a dealer who advises that they do a thorough inspection is relative peace of mind that you don’t need to hire a mechanic to come inspect on your behalf. More
