Service advisor Lance was great, start to finish. Originally scheduled for and oil change, then discovered I didn't need it but wanted to have bakes checked instead. Lance handled the reason change over the phone, kept me informed of things while I waited. They checked brakes and did a multi-point systems check, changed air and cabin filters, drained/flushed and refilled differential fluid, reviewed with me status of brakes and other systems, and I was on my way home in 90 minutes. Lance kept me posted on progress throughout the process and checked to see if I cared for water or coffee 3 times as I waited. Efficient, friendly and professional! More
