This Dealership is an absolute nightmare to work with. I have two Buicks, a Chevy and a GMC and always get them serviced at GM dealerships. However, this last visit to Baglier will be my last. I have lived in the Butler area now for two years and haven't purchased any vehicles since moving but have gotten my vehicles serviced at Baglier because it is close to my home. However, every service experience has been a nightmare. The employees are rude and seem too "busy" to assist you, and I have gotten eyes rolled at me on more than one occasion when paying my bill. Recently, I had some work done on my Regal, work done under the hood and not inside. When I picked up the car, my glove compartment would not shut, it was not broken when I dropped it off because I am meticulous with the upkeep of my cars and I would have had it fixed. When I went in and calmly said that it was now broken, the woman behind the counter said "we didn't do anything with the glovebox, its not our fault" and then left the room. They have forgotten to call me when my cars have been complete, and I don't think I've encountered a single employee that was even remotely friendly. I haven't had a single positive experience at that dealership, but do not feel like writing about all of them. DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE. If you need a GM dealer, drive to Tom Henry on Route 8, its a little further from me, but worth it. I will never go back to Baglier for service, and when it comes time for a new car, I won't even consider buying from them. Just a note, this is referring to the Buick/GMC store on Route 8. More
