WORST DEALER EVER Just purchased a cadillac escalade 2013 havent had it with in a day the front shocks went and the blind sensors do not work when we purchased we were Just purchased a cadillac escalade 2013 havent had it with in a day the front shocks went and the blind sensors do not work when we purchased we were told nothing was wrong with it...exact words upon the next day after purchase i felt movement under my feet along with a noise after bringing it to their attention thwy told us to take it to the cadillac dealer so they can fix it but they wouldnt tpuch it because we only had it not a month when we took it back to baglier they first wanted to charge us 1200 for something we didnt do now want to charge us 300 saying it was fine when it left as if in the one day of us having it we must have done it although my first tims driving it i felt it...the service people are just rude and they all take so long to call back we did not spend 42000 to have to spend more to have it fixed when it should have been done so before selling. to top it off after paying for something we thought would be covered by 2 warranties my husband left went 2 lights and the blind sensors broke again More

This Dealership is an absolute nightmare to work with. I have two Buicks, a Chevy and a GMC and always get them serviced at GM dealerships. However, this last visit to Baglier will be my last. I have lived have two Buicks, a Chevy and a GMC and always get them serviced at GM dealerships. However, this last visit to Baglier will be my last. I have lived in the Butler area now for two years and haven't purchased any vehicles since moving but have gotten my vehicles serviced at Baglier because it is close to my home. However, every service experience has been a nightmare. The employees are rude and seem too "busy" to assist you, and I have gotten eyes rolled at me on more than one occasion when paying my bill. Recently, I had some work done on my Regal, work done under the hood and not inside. When I picked up the car, my glove compartment would not shut, it was not broken when I dropped it off because I am meticulous with the upkeep of my cars and I would have had it fixed. When I went in and calmly said that it was now broken, the woman behind the counter said "we didn't do anything with the glovebox, its not our fault" and then left the room. They have forgotten to call me when my cars have been complete, and I don't think I've encountered a single employee that was even remotely friendly. I haven't had a single positive experience at that dealership, but do not feel like writing about all of them. DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE. If you need a GM dealer, drive to Tom Henry on Route 8, its a little further from me, but worth it. I will never go back to Baglier for service, and when it comes time for a new car, I won't even consider buying from them. Just a note, this is referring to the Buick/GMC store on Route 8. More
