However, when I arrive, they ask for my name and look it up in the computer. Then, they ask what I want done today. I don't understand why they are asking. I already told them when I made the appointment. I would understand if they said "I see that you want your recall fixed today. Will that be all?" However, they always ask what I want done, and it sounds like they have no idea even though I specifically made the appointment requesting certain services. More
