I went to have 2 recalls fixed. They fixed them and a fairly timely manner. However, they did not let me know. This service experience was the best one I've had since Diehl bought out Preston Hyundai. In general (not just at this dealer), I've found in recent years that service has been way more sales-driven and p Diehl bought out Preston Hyundai. In general (not just at this dealer), I've found in recent years that service has been way more sales-driven and profit-focused than economical, honest and helpful to the consumer. I don't care to drive up for service and a valet takes my car. I don't care if the building looks like a luxury waiting room. I find that tactic absolutely ridiculous and foolish. It's a car garage. It should look and smell like one! This visit reminded me of the old, honest service you used to get. Kudos for not ripping me off this trip. More

Called and made an appt for an oil change and a recall on my vehicle...was told at that time they needed to order the recall part but would be in by Friday so I rearranged my work schedule so this could be t my vehicle...was told at that time they needed to order the recall part but would be in by Friday so I rearranged my work schedule so this could be taken care. Dropped my car off the night before. Friday afternoon Deihl ford called and said my car was ready went and picked it up was never told the recall was not completed until a week later, which was 8 days after I thought the recall was completed to be told it was not done because the part just came in....I do not have the time to let them have my car as I travel for work and don't feel that I should have to use another pto day because of their incompetence. Awful service....I should have been notified prior to the original service date that the part had not come in and given me the chance to reschedule. Glad they feel I have time to play games with them, my time is just as important and do not have the extra time off work. More

Donnie is amazing. Who ever did my recall not so much. He was rude and acted like it didn’t know anything. To scold me for the tire size I had on my car was a bit ridic Who ever did my recall not so much. He was rude and acted like it didn’t know anything. To scold me for the tire size I had on my car was a bit ridiculous. Just because Hyundai says one thing doesn’t mean I have to follow. The way he talked was chastising and I felt like I was being talked down on for being a female. But Donnie - amazing! More
