After 9 months and 4 times that my car had to be towed there, my car was finally taken care of by Amanda. After going thru the whole carbon cleaning process, and then replacing the knock sensor, and then there, my car was finally taken care of by Amanda. After going thru the whole carbon cleaning process, and then replacing the knock sensor, and then replacing that same knock sensor again, thinking it was faulty, they finally realized that it was the motor and Amanda took really good care of us. She got us a loaner as soon as possible, which is extremely important to me cause I have an adult autistic son, who has to go out daily, And a disruption to his routine is terrible . And I can’t afford a rental car, cause I’m still catching up on things from the 4 times towing ( my insurance would only cover so many miles and you are a lot farther so it was about 100 dollars each time ) and the knock sensor and we had to have some other things done to. So my only way to have a car was the loaner. So I really appreciated Amanda pulling that off for us! She also went the extra mile fixing my car and making sure I would be good and hopefully not have anymore problems for awhile. Amanda always explained everything to me so I was able to u derstand. I also want to thank Donny, for his honesty and listening to me craziness when I called. He was always very nice. Tony who worked on my car was also very nice and made me laugh even when going thru a rough time. And Bill who brought us the loaners was very nice and I felt very comfortable riding with him. All in all I felt like they were all routing for me and my car to be ok and were trying to do the best they could to achieve that. I still have one more trip there to get my car inspected and 4 new tires and then I hope we will be done for awhile. More
We had car trouble while traveling and stopped at Diehl in Sharon,pa, best customer service ever. Don at the service desk was very sensitive to our plight. Dan,the technician was equally as good. Came in for my 37K service and was told that I needed new tires. Did not rotate the tires. Because I needed new ones. Asked if they would check passenger right rear tire for leaks. Never got done. Went to Tire Company in the neighborhood to get the repair done. ($20.00). I don't need new tires. Will not be back in the future. More
