While I was waiting for service in the waiting area, a customer came in and there was arguing back and forth between the service people and them. And at one point I over heard the service person yell bac customer came in and there was arguing back and forth between the service people and them. I went in for a simple oil change, everything seemed fine till I go home and my truck was smoking due to oil being spilled on the exhaust manifold. I like the dealership however when I made an appt. for a recall on my vehicle, I went to the appt. only to find out that they didn`t have the part in stock.
