I brought my Ford maverick in for a Recall and everything was good until I got into my vehicle to leave and my ODB Adapter wa sunplugged. I understand they probably had to unplug it to do their own Diagnost was good until I got into my vehicle to leave and my ODB Adapter wa sunplugged. I understand they probably had to unplug it to do their own Diagnostic but they should have plugged it back in. The adapter was for my Dash Cam/Mirrir for power. It would have been excellent service except for that one mishap. Something as little as that is what differeniates the good dealerships from the great dealership or good service to great service. More
