Buying a new Wrangler I was introduced to Diehl of Butler through my employers True Car affiliate program. Within minutes of submitting my preferences for a vehicle Corey I was introduced to Diehl of Butler through my employers True Car affiliate program. Within minutes of submitting my preferences for a vehicle Corey was giving me a call asking for additional details. Within a few hours, Corey had tracked down several vehicles that were close to meeting all of my requirements but none that matched them completely. Over the next several weeks Corey and I kept in touch as inventories changed. Corey ended up finding my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with all of the options I was looking in Cleveland. Was very anxious since my credit is not the best and my trade in had negative equity that I would have to roll over. Corey immediately let me test drive the vehicle when I arrived to make sure I liked how it handled. Of course I loved it! Randy then took my trade in for a ride and we worked out a reasonable trade amount. Then it was Rob's turn to work his magic on getting me the right loan with the right interest rate. While waiting for the banks response everyone that was working was very friendly and reassuring...they were confident Rob could make a deal work and be right for me. They were right....Rob got me a lower interest rate than I previously had and I got the vehicle!!! I received a great warranty with coverage for everything a person worries about when buying a used vehicle. I gave Corey a big hug before I drove off in my new Mariner and Thanked him for sticking it out with me and getting the deal done. I have a 2010 Town & Country Touring Plus, totally loaded, garage kept with only 33,900 miles. They offered $12,500 for a trade in.. (Major rip).... KBB & Edmonds dealer trade in price was from $15, loaded, garage kept with only 33,900 miles. They offered $12,500 for a trade in.. (Major rip).... KBB & Edmonds dealer trade in price was from $15,700 to $16,500 and looking at the Post Gazette ads there were two different dealers with the 2010, one having 25,000 miles and the other at 36,000 miles asking $21,500 and $20,900. Now I have bought many cars at there, is that how they treat their repeat customers? I will never step foot in there again to purchase a vehiccle. More
