It got in an hour and a half late,said clunking noise was normal,and could get leaf spring spacers,but it wasn’t covered,pretty bad when you spend $60000 on a truck and it clunks. More

I apologize for the issues that arose with your Air Conditioning but I am very thankful we were able to get it correct for you as well as you having coverage with your extended warranty to save you from having that expense come out of your pocket. With the amount of technology that is in these vehicles, repairing them as we were able to in the past does not occur as easy or inexpensively.
