On 5/31/22, I dropped my car off at their collision center for them to replace my front bumper, replace my passenger side headlight assembly, and to repair the passenger side fender. I also was going t center for them to replace my front bumper, replace my passenger side headlight assembly, and to repair the passenger side fender. I also was going to have a new driver side headlight assembly replaced as I would pay for that out of pocket. On 6/8/22, they called and said my car was done. I went to pick it up and it was unacceptable. The bumper was replaced with another one that had a cracked chrome strip on the bottom of it, the passenger side fender was sticking out at the very top of it at least a 1/4 inch, and they never ordered my drivers side headlight assembly. They said my car would be done on 6/10/22. I mentioned what about my gas that now have to pay for in a rental I had that I just filled up and I have to continue to drive it until my car gets done. They said they would reimburse me for gas. 6/10/22 comes around and I call about my car and they said it's still not done. So from 6/10/22 - 6/24/22, I made several calls and my car still wasn't done. On 6/24/22, they call me and say my car is done. I go to pick it up after I dropped the rental off. I had a front license plate bracket that they didn't reinstall. They guy who said he would reimburse me for gas wasn't in so I dealt with another guy about the gas. I had $280 in receipts for gas. Instead of reimbursement for gas, he didn't charge me for the headlight assembly which cost $327. I left. My headlight assemblies on both sides needed readjusted as they were pointing up higher than normal causing oncoming drivers to blast me with their high beams. 2 days later they call me up stating I didn't sign off on the form for the insurance company to release payment to them. I told them about the fender sticking out at the top and they said come back up as they can readjust it. I did have them put my front license plate bracket back on before I signed the form for payment. I will never deal with anything like that again. I'll go somewhere else for body work from now on. I won't recommend them at all. More

I bought a Chevy Cruz and it smelled like cigarettes bad. I left the car there the day I bought it and was promised they would change the filter under the dash scrub the interior and light a bomb in the car I left the car there the day I bought it and was promised they would change the filter under the dash scrub the interior and light a bomb in the car to get rid of the smell. I picked the car up on Saturday and nothing was done. I needed the car or I would have left it there. The car smells bad it only had 11,000 miles on it so someone was a heavy smoker. Why should I have to pay someone to clean the car and change the filter. Horrible service would not recommend!!! More
Very poor experience, ever since we bought a new Toyota RAV 4 in 2016. Latest experience was the last nail in the coffin... Was getting a "Parking assist malfunction" message, which is a problem with the sensor, and took it to them. They kept the car for 4 hours, and then have the gaul to tell us " it is a sensor problem" and charge $ 158 to tell us that- something which we already know- giving it a fancy term "vehicle diagnostics" Imagine charging you 158 dollars for something you already know. Like going to a doctor with abdominal pain and the doctor says " you have abdominal pain" and you pay $ 158 to hear that. Most rude and unprofessional group of people. Would never suggest dealing with them, EVER! More

Quite a story here: On the last night of a cross-country drive from LA to Boston, A deer hit my Tacoma while driving the speed limit on I-80. Since I live 2,500 miles away and had to have the truck taken so drive from LA to Boston, A deer hit my Tacoma while driving the speed limit on I-80. Since I live 2,500 miles away and had to have the truck taken somewhere I don't know, I insisted my insurance company take my truck to the nearest certified Toyota dealership. I'm glad I did. I was always kept up with the status of the repairs and my truck looks and drives good as new. Body shop manager Jon Deacon is a total pro. Thumbs up. More
