I've had A LOT of issues with my new Trax, but the staff in the service department have been helpful. The issues I've had (leaks in the car frame, key hole cover on the door handle coming off, tire pressur in the service department have been helpful. The issues I've had (leaks in the car frame, key hole cover on the door handle coming off, tire pressure monitor errors, fuel pump needing replaced) are related to the car, not them. They've been able to successfully fix all the problems. Luckily all this has been covered by the warranty, that said, I'd recommend the service department but not this car! More
