After about 30 phone calls and texts trying to sell the truck. We were told everything was going to be ready to go when we get there and about 20 min and would be done. We were at the dealership for 3 hour truck. We were told everything was going to be ready to go when we get there and about 20 min and would be done. We were at the dealership for 3 hours. Then being told the truck was topped off and ready to go it only had 1/4 tank of DEF in it. More

I had a very good experience with Jake Pantone. I just wish I had looked more closely at the extras in the Trax. I’m not happy about the front passenger seat as I am 4’11” tall and cannot see out v I just wish I had looked more closely at the extras in the Trax. I’m not happy about the front passenger seat as I am 4’11” tall and cannot see out very easily. I know a pillow would help but at my age sitting on a pillow is not the most comfortable thing for me. I don’t expect to keep this car very long. I will probably go back to buying Buicks. SORRY More
