We came to this dealer 10 minutes to closing on a Saturday. In the pouring rain! We hoped to see a 2011 Sonata in the showroom but it had just been sold. Sarge (our salesman) had the guys pull a S Saturday. In the pouring rain! We hoped to see a 2011 Sonata in the showroom but it had just been sold. Sarge (our salesman) had the guys pull a Sonata into the garage for us to look at. It was appreciated that we didn't get soaked or waste our trip to Dickson City Hyundai. We returned on Monday to buy the car!!! So far we LOVE IT!! More

I walked in the dealership last week to have routine maintenence on my car and found myself looking at a new 2010 Sonata, to waste time. John had approached me in the lot and amazed me with all the diff maintenence on my car and found myself looking at a new 2010 Sonata, to waste time. I then had the opportunity to meet a manager Carlos and with the help of John and Carlos we as a team made a great deal on car and a great trade in price. I recommend both John and Carlos to anyone looking for a new car and looking for great people to help make that decision with you. I purchased a used vehicle from them a few months ago. The car runs great and is worth what I paid for it. Max (the salesman) was very freindly and helpful with finding the right car for me. At a 10000 mile service my "Free tires for life" cost me $24.90 for rotation, $79.99 for mandated alignment, $40 for mount and balance $2 for tire tax, $2 for disposal = $148.98 +6%tax= $157.91 for a set of $24.90 for rotation, $79.99 for mandated alignment, $40 for mount and balance $2 for tire tax, $2 for disposal = $148.98 +6%tax= $157.91 for a set of 2 tires normally retailing at $60 a piece. The service manager told me "yeah we always do a alignment when mounting new tires", what a load of crap! The alignment screwed up a perfectly good alignment now the steering wheel has to be turned to the left to drive straight. This is the most obvious result of a bad alignment and does not promise much for the rest of it. The car I'm buying this summer will be a Motorworld car again. UPDATE: Returned back to the dealer to have it aligned again. I put in another 2 hours of my time and a gallon or two of fuel and at least the alignment seems better than after they did it the first time. The fact that it didn't require an alignment in the first place and that these "free tires" cost me $78 a piece still remains. Peter van Hoof More
I went to Dickson City Hyundai to purchase a new Santa Fe. I told Matt that first we needed to take care of some old business. He said no problem it was owed to me and they would send a check. After I was unable to make a deal I asked about the bonus. I was told it would be sent on Monday. I asked Mac, the "manager" if he would put that in writing and he told Matt to write it down. Matt proceeded to make himself scarce and after waiting several minutes I headed for the door. Mac again said that it would be taken care of. I said that I'd believe it when I see it to which he responded " Another smart xxx". Not exactly what you'd call a professional attitude. When I got home I thought I'd do a little research....After reading reports from this site, Ripoffreports.com, the BBB as well as search engine results I wish I had never stopped at DICKSON CITY HYUNDAI at all! More
