This was our second new vehicle in less then 2 years and we could not ask for any better service or value!!! Sarge is so knowledgeable,friendly and goes above and beyond customer expectations. We went to Dickson City Hyundai looking for an Elantra my wife saw on the internet, but when we got there, they were all gone, except for a red one, which she rejected. Sarge had already met with us, and told us about some 2010 Accents they had. We were interested in the also, so we looked them over and decided on one. Sarge was very busy that day, a Saturday, but he kept contact with us, and set up a test drive for us on the one we chose. After, we told him we would like to talk more about it, and again, very busy, he made time to talk with us about the car. Our credit wasn't the best, so he worked with the manager and the banks and got us a loan within the budget we had. It was an all afternoon event, but, as I said, he was very busy, and late that evening we finally got everything worked out and drove our new Hyundai Accent home. Dicksoncity hyundai made me sit for hours everytime i was there and everytime i went the price went up. Stay away from this place very greedy dealer, lots of "FEES" added whenever price comes out, low trade prices (which also changed every time i was there) poor customer service. i would NEVER recommed this place to anyone, gave them three chances and about 10hrs to put me in a car i already wanted and it only took simmons-rockwell 45 minutes to have me on the road. saved over $100 a month on same exact car. I went to Dickson City Hyundai under the recommendation of my father who had bought an SUV there a year ago. Also, I'd had a hyundai previously and loved it. The wait took a long time, over an hour before we were helped, but it didn't bother me because we didn't have an appointment and had asked to see a specific salesman. We found a car that seemed to be in my price range and sat down to get started. As it was near closing by this point (we had been there for several hours) he said that he would keep working on it and we should hear back by the next business day. It took several days of phone tag before I finally got an answer. I'm aware that my credit is less than stellar due to an old student loan, but it's not abysmal. I was told that nobody would touch it except for one bank and not for anywhere near the car I was looking at (it was about 13,000). In addition, I would have to come up with approximately $1500 cash for a down payment. Not including the value of my trade in. I went yesterday to another local dealer, and today I am the happy owner of a 2010 Rio. No difficulties or drama. My father also referred my cousin there (for which he has yet to get the referral fee), who also had major difficulties and finally had to threaten to go somewhere else before they would finalize. My father will never go there again. Neither will my cousin or I. I love the Hyundai brand, but I should have heeded all the warnings about this dealer. Though looking at the other reviews it could have been a lot worse. Also, are they at all aware of how detrimental it is to their image to post these childish and all-in-caps replies to their negative reviews? If I had visited this site first I would never have gone there based just on that, nevermind the actual negative reviews. Instead take them as constructive feedback and try to resolve whatever issues are behind them. More

We left and went down the street to Eartley Kia and within 24 hrs we walked out the door with a brand new car with an amazing interest rate. First for customer service, the salesperson Sarge stayed with us until the sale was completed. We went in on a Tuesday and we left the same day with a vehicle. He was very encouraging despite our very delicate credit situation. Our paper work was filled out very promptly.He worked with the service people directly to get the car ready for the sale. He also worked with Rachael on our past credit history. She went our of her way to make sure we were able to obtain a loan. Sarge and Rachael were very pleasant and personable. The price of the car was great and we got a very reasonable monthly payment plus a good interest rate. I would higly recommend this dealership.
