Diana Garcia has been very helpful before, during and after the purchase. My wife and I were treated kindly at every stage of our visits. I'm having trouble remembering the finance administrator's name, so I apologize for this oversight. He was also very helpful in explaining warrantee and protection options. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. We were glad to have had him with us during the purchasing process. Since then, I needed to bring in the car for the paint and interior protection. At the time of purchase, we were promised a loaner for this process. Ryan in service explained the limitations of the service department loaner availability, mainly due to the change in dealer ownership and assured me the sales department would help me out. I was connected to Diana and got my loaner in short order. I am very happy to be associated with this dealership. I like the way I am treated and I like the people that work there. People generally enjoy shopping for a new car about as much as a trip to the dentist, so my wife and I were very pleasantly surprised when we ended up working with Autumn at Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai. I currently own a Hyundai and we were looking to replace my wife's Ford Focus. We had initially looked at a Hyundai dealer down the road, but since I'd had my car serviced at this location for years, we thought we'd stop by and see what they had to offer. As soon as we pulled up, Autumn came out and greeted us with a friendly smile. We talked to her for a few minutes and let her know what we were looking for (the Elantra Limited) and she then escorted us inside to relax while she pulled a couple of cars from the back for us to look at. After looking at two or three versions, my wife test drove a lovely dark blue limited, and was very happy with it. Eventually we (partially) settled on a lovely dark blue Limited, but the decision wasn't made yet. The day before when we'd looked at the 'other' dealership, we had seen a red version of the limited, and now we were torn on whether the red was actually the one we wanted, or if the blue would be best. After some talking, Autumn said that she would drive us down to the other dealership so we could take a look at the red version to help us finalize our decision and if we wanted that one, they could do a dealer transfer and get us the red one. Once we saw the red one, and then made it back to Dick's Hyundai, we realized that while the red was nice, the blue was indeed our favorite, so we settled on that one and then went inside to start talking price. To make a long story short, we ended up getting the car for what we considered an excellent price and the paperwork was put into motion. The only caveat was that we'd have to wait until the next day to pick it up since the car was literally fresh off the truck that morning (had about 1 mile on the odometer) so it needed to be programmed by the service folks the next day (we were shopping on a Sunday). But Autumn promised that she'd make sure the car was ready for us the next morning and that she would stop by (on her day off) to make sure that everything was taken care of. We then went and sat at Todd's desk to start signing the 124 necessary forms to buy a new car. At this point, my wife was getting a little light headed from lack of food (we'd been there about 4 hours so far with the test drives, red-car-drive-by, and dickering) but only had $1 in cash, so Todd gave us the change out of his pocket so I could go get us some chips from the vending machine. He didn't even add it into the invoice! :) Once the paperwork was signed, we went on our way and came back the next morning to pick up the car. True to her word, Autumn was there waiting for us and we picked up our shiny new car and dropped off our trade-in. Through the entire process, Autumn was sincerely friendly and cheerful and answered our questions wonderfully. If she didn't know the answer, she didn't try to bluff her way through it (as happened at a Mazda dealership the day before) but asked someone and gave us the correct information. Between Autumn, Todd, and Richard, the finance manager, we couldn't have been happier with the entire process overall. It did take a while, but I think for an investment that size the time was well spent. I'm due up for a new car in a couple of years and I will automatically go to Dick's Hyundai and look for Autumn to help us get another new Hyundai. Mark Wallace More
We just went to look at the different makes of suv's and Gary came out and showed us some. He told us about a Hyundai that was on sale and let us go for a drive. We said we where looking at different models of suvs and had us go to another one of the dealers lots to look at some other cars. We ended up buying the Hyundai and so far very happy with it. Like Gary a lot as he didn't pressure us and showed us the extras on the Hyundai. He was very nice. Would buy another car from him. More
