Days before we even looked/test drove the car, she answered all of our questions without hesitation and with confidence. She also never made us feel like we were bothering her (and we called A LOT!!!!). Lisa was very honest, up front with everything and we never felt pressured to buy a car. She looked out for our best interest and settled any fear that we may have had. We told her up front that we were payment buyers and that we had a certain amount to borrow in mind. She was able to get us the financing that we needed and met our monthly payment and term amounts. She truly cares for her customers and she's not there just to make a sale. Lisa went above and beyond our expectations (did I mention she was amazing??). I would highly recommend getting in touch with Lisa for your next car buying experience. She wont let you down! I really wasn't thinking about getting a new car but the flyer looked really good and I thought what the heck. I called to talk to my original sales person but she no longer worked at the dealer ship so I spoke to Lisa instead. Lisa was very down to earth and easy to chat with and didn't pressure me at all. I told her what I liked and disliked over the phone. Gave her all my info and she went to work finding me what I wanted in the price I wanted. I went in 2 days later and left with a great feeling that I will be returning for my next car. Over all it was the best experience I could have buying a car. I purchased my 2nd vehicle (Hyundai Accent) at Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai. My first vehicle was great, the salesman Richard Miller was amazing! I thought i would be rejected by a big "intimidating" dealer Hillsboro Hyundai. My first vehicle was great, the salesman Richard Miller was amazing! I thought i would be rejected by a big "intimidating" dealer to purchase a car because my credit wasn't all that great. After a short time i walked out the door with keys to a beautiful Dodge Caliber. Months later I had done research and really was itching to go back and give the car I've been itching to get a try. I wasn't nervous like i was the first time purchasing the caliber. I knew i was in good hands and Richard Miller the salesman was really nice, courteous, really friendly and willing to work through anything to get me the car i wanted. During Finance time i sat down and did the final paper work. Later, I walked out again with keys to a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra, Beautiful and elegant looking car. Thank you Richard for working so hard for me and my desire to have a beautiful car that's safe and be happy! I will most definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase and will continue to refer my friends and family to your services. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More
The overall experience was very nice. Gary met us at our car when we pulled into the lot and took us straight to the car we were interested in. He took us on a test drive that was longer than I anticipate car when we pulled into the lot and took us straight to the car we were interested in. He took us on a test drive that was longer than I anticipated and explained the many features of the vehicle. He even knew the perfect spot for my husband and I to change drivers, so that we would both be able to test drive. When we returned to the dealership he invited us in to look at the price. We were grateful to find out that we were offered 6.99% financing and that the monthly payments came in under our threshold. The reason that the quality of work score was only a 4, was that we had to go back to the dealership to have the Vehicle Service Contract and Maintenance Agreement redone, as the wrong vehicle was on the first set of paperwork. I want to make this very clear...my rating Was Not due to Gary the line salesperson...Gary did his job well...I have been in the business for over 40/yrs.I shared my past experience with staff and was assur Gary the line salesperson...Gary did his job well...I have been in the business for over 40/yrs.I shared my past experience with staff and was assured that I was receiving an ( in the business relationship courtesy treatment) Part of this issue is my fault for trusting a local(thought respected co) to deal with. I went with my son to purchase his first buying experience on a vehicle/(he has owned 3/prior handed down) auto's...I knew he was light on down...and although he had a good credit score his credit was limited,.we wanted to purchase a new vehicle but were told after several credit submits....that he could only qualify for a preowned. I was comfortable with that if right auto was found. They came up with a 2010/Hyundai/low miles,52K..one owner...good car fax... and overall a decent automobile.I was assured that the price would be right for the YR/Model etc...(this is where I made the mistake of TRUST) I should have left made a few calls or checked on internet...but I didn't...they loaded the price up to max///(financing) and then we headed into F&I..He did a very poor job of disclosure...thinking that when he buried the (over/priced) extended warranty and the auto theft into the contract it would fly...well I did see the above items and wanted a warranty for my son...I just let it fly ,thinking all along that we got a courtesy discount on the price for the auto...OH WELL was I wrong about that....(This young man needs to attend a Ryan and Associate's, F&I School)to learn proper disclosure, before the dealership ends up in serious trouble. Also the TWO managers on duty were the weakest I've seen in many years. I'm forgetting the lack of honesty in the dealing process...but their lack of experience on the desk and closing skills....The real person I'm most sorry for is my son....for the overpriced/financed burden I dumped on him. I will find away to make it up to him...but bare in mind I will also find a way to spread the word on my experience with Dick's Hyundai Dealership...Karma is a wonderful thing!!!Now that I have vented ...it was also expressed to us that we would leave with a ful tank of gas....not surprised we left with less than a quarter...good luck guys!! He also was not "high pressure", but rather focused on helping us find the car we wanted at the price we could afford. He did an excellent job, and helped us with everything we asked. Lisa listened to me and what i was wanting in a car, and also what i could afford.. within 2 hours i drove away in my new car :) the process and experience was smooth and actually enjoying.. More
