Jessica is great I started the whole process over the phone with Jessica to get most of it out of the way before I drove from Vancouver. She was told that everything was good and that I needed to come in. I got there and test drove a new car, loved it and started the negotiating. Jessica was my biggest advocate to the sales manager that was in at the time. With the manager unwilling to budge, I left without a new vehicle. The next day I received a call from Jessica stating that she spoke to the General Sales Manager and that he wanted me to come back in and work with him. Jessica came in on her scheduled day off to make sure I received what I was told. She came through like a champ!. We knew the other dealer was too high for the identical car - except other car was a 2015 certified car with 3900 miles. Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai price for a new car was about $1200 better than the other dealer. More
