Had an unpleasant experience the 1st time I went, but to miscommunication there was a fallout. However the manager made sure to make amends and personally called me to be sure. Which is very rare these days given everybody's busy schedule. This felt very refreshing and cared for. The miscommunication was put aside, a perfect deal was struck keeping in mind of all my needs for a new car. The manager Chung, finance team as well as "Eros" the sales guy made sure to completely take care of the needs. Overall was a bliss experience in the end with an amazing deal, really appreciate the entire team's effort. Will definitely recommend this place and Eros to everyone who is looking for a new Hyundai. More

I'm fed up with your MISOGYNISTIC ways.On 10/19/2021 I I'm fed up with your MISOGYNISTIC ways. On 10/19/2021 I traded my 2021 Ioniq in for a 2022 Venue. Three days after driving the vehicle I noticed it I'm fed up with your MISOGYNISTIC ways. On 10/19/2021 I traded my 2021 Ioniq in for a 2022 Venue. Three days after driving the vehicle I noticed it started pulling to the right and sometimes to the left. My terrible experience started on 10/22/21 when I called Hyundai corporation with my concerns and the safety of the vehicle. They referred me to the dealership. When I called the dealership I was told that someone would give me a call but they never did. On the fourth day I called again and left a message with the service department and no one called me back. On the fifth day I was fed up with being blown off so I went down to the dealership in person and told them I didn't want the vehicle. They refused to take it back. Each time I've spoken to someone at the dealership, I feel as though they have been very condescending and misogynistic. It feels like I've been taken advantage because they view me as just a single mom that they can manipulate and lie to. During ALL OF MY INTERACTIONS (Phone calls, Emails, In person) I've been misled and lied to because depending on who I talk to, gives me a different answer. At this point it's been over 30 days and I've spoken to at least 10 different people and no one seems to care and want to help me. Every single person that I've interacted with thus far has been extremely condescending and disrespectful. I know I've been treated this way because I'm a woman and the men I've spoken to have blown me off and talked down to me. All they want to do is sell me another more expensive car. It seems that the only solution they have for me is to trade the car for a more expensive car and take more of my money. Nobody wants to pay attention to me, but if I was a man, they would actually take my concerns seriously, hear me out, and take the time to talk to me. They even told me to come back when my credit score is higher in order to help me. This car is completely unsafe because it will not drive straight, it pulls to the right so ultimately I don't feel safe driving this car with my child. However, nobody in the dealership or at Hyundai cares for my family's safety. Since the beginning I have asked to have my old car back, but they told me that is not an option. Yet, no other options have been provided to me and I feel stuck and at a standstill. I complained about this vehicle the second I got it, but everybody is blowing me off, ignoring me, and pushing me to the side that way the warranty or return timeframe expires. WHY WON'T ANYBODY TREAT ME LIKE A PERSON AND LISTEN TO ME?? More
I bought a used car from Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai and on the way home we noticed the Drivers side front turn signal wasn't working. I called the dealership and was told I needed to speak to the salesperson. I guess this is why they give the 3 day leave the car guarantee because they don't get back to you until after the 3 days. After a couple of days of no return phone call I called the service department. The service department manager was rude and unprofessional and told me they wouldn't fix my issue that I would have to pay for service. One of the worst car purchasing deals I've done in over 30 years. I would highly recommend to go someplace else and I will never bring my car here for service. More
