Service recall 2007 dodge 2500 I had a few standing recalls on my dodge that i kept putting off! I dont normaly like dealing with the dealers but i new saftey for my fiance and i wa I had a few standing recalls on my dodge that i kept putting off! I dont normaly like dealing with the dealers but i new saftey for my fiance and i was at stake so i made an appointment with adam. my fiance drove the truck in on a monday morning and was told the repairs were gonna take some time and may need to order parts so he hooked her up with a rental for the day. Later that day adam called me saying they where getting parts in the morning and the truck was gonna be done the following day! The next day my fiance and i went in to get the truck and i thoroughly inspected the interior for any signs of greasy hand prints, cuts, tears random parts and wrench rash! The truck passed my inspection. And away we went very easy process and was pleased with the quality of work done on my truck More

He made sure I had a ride back home and arranged for me to be picked up when the work was completed. When I asked for an additional item, he took care of it immediately. Always had a positive attitude and courteous. I plan to come back to this dealership in part because of how he handled this transaction. Definitely a great employee! More
