"The Best" I cannot say enough good things about Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet. I bought my Monte Carlo there 10 years ago. Excellent Service!! I would not go anywhere else but Wickstrom Chevrolet - Roselle. Their staff are always exceptionally courteous, their prices are very comparable, and I would not go anywhere else but Wickstrom Chevrolet - Roselle. Wickstrom Chevrolet's service department is very good. There employees are incredibly friendly and nice, they always say hi and they know who their repeat customers are and greet you like a friend, good. They will make sure you are happy with the service you receive. I needed the key less entry system in my car repaired and Jim made sure that everything was perfect in the car. I purchased a 2003 Malibu from the dealership on/about February 1, 2013. About a week ago the muffler suddenly sounded VERY loud and I could hear a rattling sound under the car. The muffler had somehow February 1, 2013. About a week ago the muffler suddenly sounded VERY loud and I could hear a rattling sound under the car. The muffler had somehow gotten disconnected and they repaired it at no charge and washed my car also. I was very pleased that they stood behind their used cars; even a used car shouldn't have a disconnected muffler after only a month of regular use. Sean was very nice and polite. The dealership itself is pleasant to be in. When I purchased the car the staff was very professional which was important since I was a woman buying a car alone. One reason I purchased my car from Wickstrom was because a friend of mine also purchased her car there and was pleased by the way she was treated as a woman purchasing a car alone. More
