The Sean experiance I had spent the morning shopping for a car for my daughter. We are from Far northwest Illinois and made the trip to another car dealer based on there I had spent the morning shopping for a car for my daughter. We are from Far northwest Illinois and made the trip to another car dealer based on there internet inventory. We found a car at the other dealer but I don't purchase the first car we see. So I remembered a car dealer in Roselle and thought I would stop by. AS soon as my daughter and myself got there Sean introduced himself. He seemed real nice but I'm kind of hard on salesman. I told him my daughter is the one buying the car and I the muscle for the deal. He took that well and started working with my daughter. Sean made her feel real comfortable and showed her a verity of cars that fit her requirements. When she found one that she liked Now it was my turn, I told him to shoot me his best price because I'm calling the other car dealer and telling the other dealer what they need to do to get my business. He started to tell me what do I need to do to get your business. I informed him that he needs to give the best price and not to pressure me or I will walk right away. He took note and shot me a price I called the other dealer right there on the showroom floor and got there best price. We where within a few dollars and I explained to Sean I would walk and have walked over 7 dollars. He talked to the manager and a few other people and got me the deal I was looking for. It was nice to work with a salesman that listened and did not push and got the job done. More

Meeting Expectations.. We came in looking to replace our 99 Explorer. The vehicle we saw on line was there but had already been sold. Great Buying Experience and Execellent Service Mark Conover was the one that helped us at Wickstrom Chevrolet, but everyone there was very friendly and it was a great buying experience for us. We ended up buying a used 2008 Colorado today from Wickstroms after being to 2 other places prior to that which didn't work out for us. Mark was very helpful, he listened to what we wanted and worked on that for us and only that. He didn't go off on selling us what's best for the dealer, he didn't make us feel pressured once to buy, or try to sell us something that wasn't right for us. It was truly about the customer. I would differently recommend Wickstrom's and will be going back in the future. More

Great buying experience Mark and Wickstrom Chevrolet have been great, I bought a great used Chevrolet Cruze, They are so confident in their cars they let me take the car over Mark and Wickstrom Chevrolet have been great, I bought a great used Chevrolet Cruze, They are so confident in their cars they let me take the car overnight to have an outside mechanic look over the car before buying, the mechanic said it was a great car but had a leak in the oil pan and took the car back to the dealership and the fixed it no questions asked and no additional fees, and they got me a great financing deal. I would highly recommend Wickstrom Chevrolet and Mark for a hassle free car buying experience. More
