I called in and let the receptionist know my concerns with my vehicle. She booked my appointment, I get there and after them having my vehicle in the back over an hour I was told that they didn’t have ti with my vehicle. Customer service from Robina was great but my fluids were not topped off by mechanic at my initial oil change visit so returned to get brakes done and asked to have fluids filled since it was not done. After getting brakes done, I checked my fluids and only my windshield wiper fluid was refilled. My coolant was still low etc. so I wasn’t fully satisfied. More
