I was charged $300 for a diagnosis of the AC. No one informed me of this procedure before they did it. I had hoped the issue was related to a previous issue that had similar issues 6 months ago. I asked for a break since I had spent 11,000 previous but he acted like he couldn’t do that. The estimate for the current repair was $2500. I took the vehicle to a radiator AC specialist, was diagnosed again in 5 seconds with a flashlight, and $450 later have AC working fine again. It is ridiculous how the dealership handled this situation and then recommended me spend another $2500 . More
