On yesterday I came in to get my oil changed. I immediately was met by an older lady who sits in the 2nd seat on the first aisle near the entry. She was not pleasant. Not a hello or anything only a do you have an appointment. She then proceeded to tell me that Justin would be taking over because she was leaving for the day. I didn’t appreciate the interaction with her. My appointment time was at 4:45pm. If you don't plan on doing your job from start to finish, then you should find someplace else to work, or hand it over from the beginning. I don’t appreciate the terrible service that was provided. She acted like I was bothering her by showing up. Then I get my car, and I don’t receive any notification that anything was done except the oil change and that was because of the receipt. I’ve never gotten in my car and felt like my car didn’t receive the service that I paid for and is required. Were my tires checked, were the brakes checked wiper fluid or anything else. I have no clue. This service department has an entirely new team for the most part and their interactions with customers is terrible in my opinion. This is the 2nd time having a terrible experience here and I'm going to look into finding someone else who knows how to treat customers and cares about my car. I'm not sure how things work when service is handed off to someone else, but I don't appreciate it, and she was still there when I was checking out so if you have to go then go. I don't blame Justin because our interaction was limited and only happened when I was leaving. More

I brought my truck in to get tires rotated, wipers installed and my air fixed. They said it should only take a couple hours. I had my wife pick me up and I called to check on it a few hours later. They said the wipers were installed but they couldn’t rotate the tires because they weren’t factory. Eventho the Nissan dealership where I had bought my truck new had installed a $9K package of tires, rims,suspension, and lift kit. It was already done and they had done a couple trucks like that. I was supposed to have lifetime tire rotation with that deal. The part that was for the AC supposedly wasn’t there eventho they said it was prior. I had a long roadtrip today pulling my camper and that’s why I was in getting this stuff done yesterday so I was ready for the road. $70 to put wipers on is ridiculous… needless to say when I went to pick my truck up that’s all that was done and I basically wasted very valuable time yesterday as I was trying to pack up for our roadtrip and ended going til midnight last night so we were ready to take off early this morning… More
