Gordon Orr sat in the vehicle and explained everything to me and then took me for a test drive. When I had a question Gordon had the answers without having to go to someone else for the information.I picked up my new vehicle the next day and Gordon was there waiting for me with everything ready to go. Do NOT trust the service department Had my headlights replaced by Dick Smith Mitsubishi Service . Turns out the headlights THEY ordered for me were not the correct ones and they did not Had my headlights replaced by Dick Smith Mitsubishi Service . Turns out the headlights THEY ordered for me were not the correct ones and they did not match....passenger side blue and the driver side clear. At the time the work was done I completely trusted their service. BIG MISTAKE!! If they employ professional technicians how could they have not noticed two different headlights? Would also like to mention it was a shoddy job of installation. ...leaked into the headlights casings. Unfortunately the warranty has expired so now I have to dish out over $250.00 for new headlights. Don't know how they think they resolved the problem they created by telling me they'll install for free?????!!!! THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB OF INSTALLATION THE FIRST TIME ......I won't even bother to tell the reason they gave for the mistake they made because I can't believe their manager even said that! !! SMH customers double check the service provided by Dick Smith Mitsubishi. ...not to be trusted. More

Ramsey Chebli was the sales representative who assisted me and guided me through the entire process. He was very professional, informative, and helpful. He provided lots of detail about the vehicle and gave me time to make a thoughtful decision. I would rate him as an exceptional sales representative and a very nice person. The business manager, Dale Gosnell, was also professional and helpful. He patiently walked me through the financials, usually the worst part of the process. He gets and A in my book. My experience was extremely positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend these individuals and the dealership. More

A little while later, he brought me water, then he answered questions I had. Appreciated the respect much! Not crazy about salespeople who jump on you the minute you step out of your car..... I like my space to look around and see what is there, then I want to ask my questions, and appreciate the help and guidance. I've left dealerships where the salesperson will not give me my space. And then tends to turn it around to where it is about them. Almost sounds "whiney" when you don't immediately want to sign a contract, get pushed in to purchasing..... I will always take my time. Because it is about me! We are wanting another vehicle to trade in, and will definitely go back to this dealership, and will ask for Al Velaquez personally!! :) Thank you Al!! More
Appreciate the brevity! As I narrowed my search down to 3 automobiles, Al Velazquez had the task of presenting the Outlander to me. Al did a great job of helping me pick the Mitsubishi by having me take the Hyundai out as well for comparison. I told Al during our test drive that my wife and I had picked out several SUVs to test and I had a jeep left to take a look at. At this point I expected Al to try to press me with a manager or keep throwing numbers at me, he surprised me! He presented me with a brochure for the Outlander, him and his manager thanked me for coming by and said call them when I was done driving the Jeep. Which I did several days later between sales calls. I told Al I like the price, but I need to see numbers and payment options quickly. He took me into Jason's office, the xxI manager, we went through several options and I found the one liked, but it had gotten so late...i had an appointment in 20 mins and I was ten mins away. Jason said he could get me out of that office and in the car in 10 minutes! No way! Jason was succinct with an unconscious competence, as he loaded printers he spoke to the laws and terms. As the contracts jumped from the printers he highlighted each one and pointed why and where each signature is needed. Al kept bringing the Diet Pepsi to keep the fire burning in that office. Somehow, much thanks to Al and Jason, i was able to make my appointment! Once again gentlemen, I appreciate the professionalism, the requested information, the lack of pressure (Al relied on his salesmanship to get me back) that is prevalent in car sales, and last, but not least...I mostly appreciate the brevity once I got into F&I!! What a great team of fellows, really impressed my wife and I! If you are looking for a great car for a great price, Dick Smith is the place to go and Al is the man to see!
