I was there from VA, after finding out my son's car needed a new engine. Mr. Maurice Souders helped us finalize everything with the broken car, even helped us find a tow truck. There was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle, even after all the help that was given. We left to return to VA, but turned around to see if Mr. Maurice could help us find the right vehicle for the right price. He did!!! My son loves it.😁 More

They have never once tried to up-sell service, which happens at my wife's Japanese car dealers every time. I always feel confident and comfortable dealing with their service people and will certainly go back to Dick Smith Hyundai to buy my next car - and certainly to have my service done. More

Al was not in the dealership & Maurice jumped right in to put all the pieces together. Dent repair was very professionally done, Maurice saw that I lived over 1 hour away & made sure the scratch repair & paint job were done today, while I waited. He made sure the repair was so proficiently done - I could not tell where my beautiful car had been damaged. Maurice stepped outside the sales area and really went above & beyond to give me a wonderful experience with a company I had not previously dealt with. I truly appreciate him. Glad to deal with an outstanding company that values their customers - after the sale! More

He was a big help we seemed to have alot in common in the likelyness of the car world. Seeking Help In Greenville SC When Vehicle Went Kaput After breaking down on the road on a Friday night I took my 16 year old Hyundai Santa Fe to this dealership for repairs. The Service Advisor sent me to one of their Sales Rep. who was able to offer me a Previously Owned Vehicle at a reasonable cost. He was very understanding and helpful in my situation. I traded in the car and he gave me 1 price which vas very agreeable. This was the first time I did business with this Dealership. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly, polite, professional & compassionate. I live in an adjacent state and I would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone who wants to service or purchase a vehicle. More

I first spoke with sales manager Eddie who assured me that I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and one of the accessories wasn't to my liking. I first spoke with sales manager Eddie who assured me that my wishes would be taken care of. I then spoke with service manager Josh who also assured me that until I was perfectly happy he would do whatever it took. And they did! I was told that the fix would take 3-5 hours and that a loaner car was already waiting for me. Great support from both sales and service. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle and customer service is a concern, this is the place to go Great job everyone! More

The best service I have ever had. I have only had my car serviced at Dick Smith Hyundai. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Even for something as minor as that I r I have only had my car serviced at Dick Smith Hyundai. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Even for something as minor as that I received excellent service. Josh was me service consultant and made sure afterwards that my car passed the 20 point inspection. He and the other service persons have always been thoughtful and have taken the time to explain the details of my maintenance. I will go to no other service center, they are the best. More
