Great buying experience So I'll start with Trucar which is how I was introduced to Dick Smith Hyundai. They were by far the lowest price in the upstate by over $1000. When I arrived I met Ramsey and he showed my the vehicles I had researched and had Trucar certificates for. He was very helpful and knowledgable of the vehicles and options. End result, I bought here and so far, so good. Very pleased with the service offered and Ramsey's desire to have me leave pleased... to the point that he hand cleaned the windows before I left because he didn't feel that the cleanup crew did a satisfactory job. Fantastic!! I really had not expected to drive home the same day as my test drive in a new car. But I did. My sister had contact with Gordon Orr the day before. I really had not expected to drive home the same day as my test drive in a new car. But I did. My sister had contact with Gordon Orr the day before. I called him the next day and told him I would be in later to see the Veloster I was interested in. When I arrived, and I had not said I was on the way, it seemed he was waiting for me and greeted me by name. How refreshing! Mr Orr was very patient and very knowledgeable about his vehicles. He worked hard to get the price we (my sister and I) had set for our "deal.". He walked me through all the paperwork and was there to answer all my questions. And he got our buying price approved! We certainly felt we made the best deal possible. Before driving home in my new 2015 Veloster, Mr Orr had the car detailed and the gas tank filled. He followed up with me first thing Monday morning when I left him a question I had on his voice mail late Sunday afternoon. I am very pleased with this Veloster and more pleased with the service I received at Dick Smith. They certainly have the best of the best Customer Service people from Gordon Orr on down to all I spoke with. More

Easy buying experience Dick Smith was not my first choice when I started the process of turning in my leased Elantra due to the distance and their being another Hyundai deal Dick Smith was not my first choice when I started the process of turning in my leased Elantra due to the distance and their being another Hyundai dealership closer. But they will be my only choice from now on. Big Moe (Maurice Souders) was polite, caring and got me into the car I wanted and for a much better price than the other dealership I went to first. Everyone at Dick Smith is very professional and courteous. They made the entire buying experience easy. I didn't even buy the 1st time I went there and I was not harassed all the way to my car trying to get me to make my deal that very day. Instead Big Moe spent the next week answering my questions and getting me all the information I needed to make my decision through phone calls and emails. The second time I drove an hour to Dick Smith it was with a deal in place and ready to sign. And the bonus was the payments came out about $10.00 less per month than I was quoted. Moe also took the time to go over everything with my new car, he introduced me to the service dept and explained everything that they offer as a bonus to buying from them. The other dealership did not offer anything over the next year, not even a car wash. Dick Smith shows they do care about customers and they know how to insure you will be a repeat customer. More
