Awesome Experience! I was referred to Dick Smith by my son-in-law. He told me to go and talk with Lance Hammontree since he and my daughter recently bought a Hyundai fro I was referred to Dick Smith by my son-in-law. He told me to go and talk with Lance Hammontree since he and my daughter recently bought a Hyundai from him. Honestly, when I walked in the door there I didn't think that I was going to be able to get the deal that I was looking for. Well, Lance pulled it off for me. Got an awesome deal on a fully loaded 2012 Sante Fe. I have bought numerous cars over the years and working with Lance is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. He is "Mr. Customer Service"! He followed through on every promise and has checked in on me a few times to see how everything is going. Advice to Dick Smith: Hire more salesmen like Lance and watch your business increase. People don't want to deal with annoying salesmen! More

I had a lot of questions, was confused on some things, and Mr. Gordon Orr took over an hour setting me up with BlueLink and showing me about my new car. I have gained a great deal of respect for Hyundai (I knew nothing about them) since I have discovered the value of what I have. When I go to trade it will be no question that I will look up Mr. Orr and let him help me. He went out of his way for me when it wasn't his responsibility. More

Andy Vacha took care of our daughter, giving her a rental to use in Greenville until we made a decision on our car. They gave us a very generous trade in offer on her basically unsafe to drive car. This started out being an extremely stressful situation as we decided to quickly pick a new car for me, in order to give our daughter my old car. Andy made himself available and patiently talked me through my new car choice over many phone calls through the course of a week. When I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue from another Dick Smith dealership, Andy had it brought to Greenville for my daughter to pick up and bring to me. He was still very helpful and worked hard to make my purchase as easy as possible, even though I knew he wasn't making the commission he would've made if I had bought a Hyundai from his lot. He treated us as if we were his family. If I lived in SC, I would definitely go back to Andy to buy my next car.
