Great and fast expierence I've shopped at Jim Hudson dealerships for a long time. We'll after my car was totaled I went back there to get anot her vehicle. I knew exactly what I've shopped at Jim Hudson dealerships for a long time. We'll after my car was totaled I went back there to get anot her vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and the dealership refused to work with me on the cost which they kept jacking up every time I turned around. So I made a call to Dick Smith and spoke to someone there and immediately I could tell a difference in the customer service. I told them exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. They worked with me and didn't have do the whole back and forth on negotiating. It was probably one of the smoothest car buying transaction that I've ever had. I drove over an hour just to buy from them bc of the excellent customer service I was given! Definitely recommend! Plus my car is amazing. I love it! More
