Exceeded my expectations My wife and I had decided to look for a new car. This was an experience I was not been looking forward to. We visited several dealerships but when visiting Dick Smith Hyundai we could immediately feel a huge difference. The salesperson "Lance" was friendly, attentive, and listened to our needs. He very informative and was able to direct us to the perfect car. There was no pressure and no games. We were able to agree to a price and when working with "Jason" in finance there were no surprises. Jason took us through the purchase of our new car helping us to get a great rate at the monthly payment we wanted to be at. He was knowledgeable and was able to suggest several options that allowed us to choose the one that best worked for us. After the purchase of our car Lance showed us how all of the cars features worked. He helped to setup the online blue tooth features as well as go through each option in detail we had on the car. We never felt rushed as he reviewed the features and by the end we felt extremely comfortable with all the features. The whole car buying experience at Dick Smith exceeded my expectations. The people were very friendly, knowledgeable, and Lance worked hard to get us the exact car at a great price. Thanks again. More

Went in to look at a couple of cars but, the first one we looked at was everything we were looki We were very impressed by Andrew and the whole staff. Went in to look at a couple of cars but, the first one we looked at was everything we were looking for. Andrew was quick to get the keys after he had greeted us when we pulled up. He talked about different aspects of the Hyundai's and yet was never pushy. Once we gave him our budget he took us right to the car that more than fit the bill. After a rundown of what was under the hood , we headed off on a course to test a few of the features. Car drove great, we learned all the new buttons and other cool sh*t on the dash. When we were waiting he booted up ESPN on his computer, and got us some drinks. Very nice guy, imformative but never pushy or forceful if you know what I mean. It was similar to talken about cars with a friend. Very impressed with the service, even the finance guy Jason Styron. Imformative got us the best rate outta a couple of choices, advice on lowering our payment in the future and general financial stuff that we didn't know. All in all great car, great people great dealership . we drove away with a car much nicer than anticipated and felt good. can't think of anything to change.
