Smooth and easy buying experience We needed to add a second car to our family and had our hearts set on the Santa Fe. I had one in the past and was looking forward to getting back into one. Ramsey helped us as soon as we got out of the car. We told him what we were looking for and the things that we may encounter that could be an issue with the buying process. Ramsey quickly found exactly what we were looking for and took us out for a test drive. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the car we were driving. He quickly gathered the information he needed and sent it to the finance department for us. Within an hour or so all of our paperwork was completed and we were able to drive away with our new car. I had to get to work so there were a few things that needed to be completed (detailing the car, gas, etc) and Ramsey was very kind to arrange for us to bring it back when we were available to complete this. Overall a great buying experience and great customer service. This is my second purchase from Dick Smith and won’t be my last. I highly recommend them when it comes to having a pleasant car buying experience. More
