I found my sales person, Larry "Catfish" Taylor to be patient and professional. We asked him to show us a variety of models and explain the pros and cons of each. We did purchase one model up (went from Elantra to Sonata) based on his thorough explanation of the pros and cons of doing so. He was engaged in the entire transaction (which is lengthy) and did not drop us off with the closers so that he could get back to the sales floor. He was there throughout, and when we purchased he made sure vehicle was prepped for us to take home. I recommend Larry, and I recommend Dick Smith Hyundai. More
