Brought my wife's hybrid in for it's initial service visit. Staff were friendly and paperwork was ready when I arrived. Very organized. No wait time upon arrival, before being greeted. When I arrived later that day, after driving from NC to SC, I was informed that they had sold the car. I found that, at the least, a matter of non-co.mmunication. They did attempt to make up for their blunder, but I was crunched for time and would not have made the trip down to SC, on that day, since I needed to be attending to a family matter. More
