This was by far the best experience I have ever had when it came to purchasing a car!! Not only did I receive a great car at a great price, but, the customer service received from both Mr. Jarvis Smith in it came to purchasing a car!! Not only did I receive a great car at a great price, but, the customer service received from both Mr. Jarvis Smith in the Sales Department & Mr. Kenneth Galloway in the Financing Department was outstanding! Both of these gentleman were honest, professional, dependable and trustworthy. Never did I feel any pressure in purchasing. Both Mr. Smith and Mr. Galloway made what is usually "a tense experience", a very comfortable one! Never did I imagine leaving with a 2011 Hyundai Sonata (very low mileage) at such a great financing rate, and most importantly, never did I think I would receive such sincere & geniune customer service! Because of Mr. Jarvis Smith and Mr. Kenneth Galloway, I have no plans on shopping any place else when it comes to a car! Dick Smith really do mean it when they "we'll treat you right". I can't fault this dealership. Stephen (Chuck) Akin was our sales person. I was impressed with Chuck's patience, and also his knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle that my husband and I purchased. We changed our minds a few times as to what we wanted, and Chuck remained professional and tried to help us by telling us the features of each different model. My wife and I visited Dick Smith Hyundai as the result of a cross promotion with Capitol One. when we arrived we were greeted by Jarvis Smith and we discussed with him our concerns, price range and needs. He set the wheels in motion to acomplish our purchase while we scanned the lot for vehicles we were interested in taking a closer look at. Jarvis had a few vehicles brought up to the showroom so we could do just that. I a little under two hours we had aproval for our financing and were able to drive out with a 2010 Kia Soul which is a car my wife fell in love with when it first was advertised in 2010. Our service was fast friendly and we were not under pressure to spend outside our budget or to get a car we did not want nor extras we did not need.
