We had a very good experience when buying our palisade. However, when we returned for our first service, not good at all. We were told that we would be provided with a loaner car when we brought it in. I t However, when we returned for our first service, not good at all. When we got there, we were told we should have brought it in earlier in the morning and there was no loaner car. They suggested we take it somewhere else and we did. Will not be returning there.
