This is my 4th Hyundai purchased through Dick Smith Hyundai and it was better than the past 3 experiences. The information, demonstrations, and pre finance preparations provided by sales associate Tob Hyundai and it was better than the past 3 experiences. The information, demonstrations, and pre finance preparations provided by sales associate Toby "Solo" Robertson was excellent, together with the warp speed of the financing process is the best experience yet. Mr. Robertson apparently has total recall about the driving experience, the technology within the car and the explanations of options that were available to me provided the the final influence I needed to purchase the car of my choice. I brought my Palisade in for service for a check engine light/stalling problem. I had a service contact which did not cover the part which I was told needed to be repaired. After $1,500 dollars the problem light/stalling problem. I had a service contact which did not cover the part which I was told needed to be repaired. After $1,500 dollars the problem continued. I had to bring the car back in for service. Now I am being told a sensor is defective and the engine will need to be removed to correct the problem. This part is covered by the service extended warranty. I would like a refund on the $1,500 repair. I am so disappointed in the service team here. I love my Hyundai, but I so disappointed in this service team. More
