Tech claimed to be 'unable to replicate my concern' despite the fact that it happens on every occasion that I drive the car. I've had 8 Mustangs with V8s, as recently as last year I traded a 2019 Bulli despite the fact that it happens on every occasion that I drive the car. I've had 8 Mustangs with V8s, as recently as last year I traded a 2019 Bullitt and have NEVER heard the noise my car makes. I was told, however, that every Mustang sounds the same which is a lie. Super busy most of the time. Service is generally good though the cars in the check in area need to be moved faster and more efficiently. Constantly having to call the dealership to ask about my vehicle condition.. I purchased a Ford F-150 in December of 2024 and have been to the dealership 4 times in less than 6 months. This is my 2 vehicle purchased at this dealership and never had this many issues in the 4 and a half years that I owned the last Ford F-150 that I had. I feel like I have been sold a lemon. More
I took my car in to get a recall addressed. I was told over the phone that it would take about 2 hours. I planned for 3 hours. I had an appointment for 10:15 am. I stayed the entire time as I t I was told over the phone that it would take about 2 hours. I planned for 3 hours. I had an appointment for 10:15 am. I stayed the entire time as I told Seth I would. No one checked on me. No one said a word. After 4.5 hours, I was irritated. I asked to speak with Seth and no one could find him. After being taken all over the place, Seth walks back in with McDonald's. He fumbled around for about 10 minutes before he reaches someone about my car. He then tells me it'll be about 30-45 minutes. I go back in to wait. He walks in with his McDonald's bag, sees me, and walks back out to the service entrance. About 15 minutes later I'm told the car is done. Seth does not thank me. He does not apologize for the delay. He doesn't even make eye contact. I leave to go back to work. I stop to get lunch and the car doesn't want to start. I've NEVER had ANY issue with this car starting. I try it again and go to work. Over the next 2 days the hard start or no start or shaking starts happens about every other time. I went back to the service department on Saturday but no one was there. I'll be back on Monday. Unfortunately. I waited 5 hours (10:15- 3:15) on Thursday just for them to break my car. I was furious when I went back today and Ross was very nice to me - one good thing. More
