Dick Smith service was very good. My service rep was Curtiss and helpful. My only complaint was I was there for a recall it the parts were not available so why make me an appt and the My service rep was Curtiss and helpful. My only complaint was I was there for a recall it the parts were not available so why make me an appt and then keep my truck Monday thru Friday. Causing me to rent a vehicle because there were no loaners available. More
