reset computer for recall notice. Had an appointment for 1:30 dropped off at 1 was told they couldn't get to it until the next day. Took Jeep in for shifting issue. When I made the appointment, I told service rep that I had a max extended service contract and needed a rental car. I was informed that because of my mileage a renta appointment, I told service rep that I had a max extended service contract and needed a rental car. I was informed that because of my mileage a rental would not be covered. I informed her I believed that was incorrect. I contacted Chrysler, and infact, mileage doesn't matter and the rental was covered. I informed the service rep of this, so she called & Chrysler verified. Dealership should know before giving customer incorrect information. I had to call dealership to get updates (they did not contact me until time for pick up). Disappointed with service representative at pick up. Had to find her, then she pointed where I should go (while continuing to sit). My regular dealership escorts me everywhere I need to go. Had my vehicle for 4 days only to tell me they couldn't find an issue (I still have the shifting issue). I will not be going back to Dick Scott in Pinckney, MI More
