Jeep repair Took our Jeep in for a misfire, the work was done in a couple days. They also suggested we do tranny flush, which we did. When we arrived home a trail of tranny fluid followed us. I immediately called Service desk,was put on hold for five minutes before I hung up and called back. Left message to have them call me back which they did. Scott the service manager was very helpful, I know he doesn't do the work and has the unfortunate job of taking complaints. It seems like they may want to check the vehicles they service a little more thourogh before they release them. I run my own service company and know that if I leave a job that wasn't done properly the repercussions follow me. Have been bringing my vehicles here for a while now and have always been satisfied. My time is also valuable, and don't want to go back for something that I don't think should have happened in the first place. In conclusion, they did correct the problem and I will return, however I think there should have been some type of compensation for my time. More

Service visit/after market warranty repairs Our daughter bought a used Jeep vehicle from another local dealership and an after-market warranty. When the truck needed attention, we decided to not return to that dealership and chose Dick Scott for assistance. We have had to visit Dick Scott for repairs twice in the past six months for some computer/electronic related issues. The service manager, Scott Combs has been notably exceptional to work with; he was kind and receptive to our concerns, worked extra hard with the warranty company to get everything taken care of appropriately, and arranged a rental to be provided when the truck repairs exceeded seven days. He was patient with our phone calls, checked in with us in a timely manner, and explained the repairs and warranty approval process in detail so we knew what to expect, and we felt that we could trust him to make sure the truck was repaired properly. The repairs were completed, the warranty company was responsible for their portion, and my daughter's cost was fair. Scott was the integral factor in making this a positive experience! More
