A few months ago I was referred to Don when my daughter needed a new car. I was amazed by the friendly and professional service we received during the purchase of her 2013 Chevy Malibu. Mitch helped her find the perfect car. Jeff Lopez helped her with the financing and Don made sure everything went smoothly. I was so impressed with the outstanding service we received that I contacted Don on Saturday to let him know I was interested in leasing a Jeep. Monday afternoon a 2016 Jeep Patriot was delivered to my workplace. I didn't even have to go to the dealership, they came to me. Overall Excellent Experience I recently purchased my wrangler from this dealership (that in itself was a great and fun day, but this review is about the service department). The issues I was experiencing were not included in my warranty, they very easily could have charged me for the work they did, the fact that they didn't shows me just how important customer service is to them. They even hooked me up with a loaner car! Scott took the time to give me a private lesson on operating my wrangler's soft top. Jesse is friendly and welcoming, a true asset to the team, it wouldn't have been the same without him. I will forever remember my experience and recommend this dealership as often as possible....Starting with you;) If you buy an off roading vehicle, you gotta try out the obstacle course! More
