After many months of trying to decide on a vehicle, my husband and I went in to compare the 2 vehicles I was looking at. We didn't actually buy a vehicle the day we went in to compare. Mark was very friendly and respectful during the whole process. The next day I got back on their website and seen where they was getting in a black jeep grand cherokee, called Mark up and he asked us to come in. We went back to the dealership to talk numbers and have my vehicle appraised, well on our drive back to the dealership the transit truck had just dropped off a truck load of new vehicles. The black one I originally wanted was there he just needed to locate it. while he was looking for the black one, I found a white one that I fell in love with. So we went inside and started the paper work on the white one, was a really friendly and fast process. The sales guys in the office gave our son cupcakes, a slice of chocolate cake and even offered him coffee. lol, like I said very friendly place to buy from. After the process of buying the vehicle was over and they prepared my vehicle for me, Mark came out and showed me how to work all the neat gadgets that came with the vehicle. Being from out of state, Mark made the whole buying process easy for us. Before, I had dealerships not want to sell to me because I am from Louisiana. Was very glad to see that Mark was more then willing to help me get the vehicle that I truly wanted. I would buy from this dealership again!! Thank you Mark for all of your help!! More
We found the car on line, called and spoke with Mark and made the long drive the next morning (Saturday) to see the car. The vehicle was everything we were looking for. We decided to purchase the vehicle and pick it up on Monday. As we worked with Ed to sign the finance papers, Mark was preparing to surprise us by having the car ready to take with us that afternoon. Marks extra efforts saved us time and money by not having to make the extra trip. My husband has been wanting that specific car for many, many years and now has his DREAM car! I couldn't be happier for my husband and I am very thankful for Mark and Dick Scott. We are planning to keep this car for a very, very long time and so Mark and Dick Scott will be a huge part of it's story. More

I just purchased a new Harley Davidson Night Rod special from Motorcity Harley and was very happy with the experience. JD whom I worked with let me know they were owned by Dick Scott automotive group, which from Motorcity Harley and was very happy with the experience. I own a 2006 Jeep Commander Limited which I purchased new in 2007 and decided to take it to the Fowlerville dealership for service. The speedometer had stopped working and just about every dash light was on. When dropping the car off I brought up that we were also experiencing a known issue with the interior door handle where the cup around the handle had started deteriorating. I asked if they could repair the cup around the handle, or if we would need to replace the door. Rick said that he would look into that as well and let us know. He then started pulling on the interior handle rather aggressively to which I had to ask him to not do that. The handle did not break, but I was surprised with as much force as he was tugging with. The next day Rick called and spoke with my wife, he said we needed a new abs module and that the door could not be repaired and would have to be replaced, but it would cost more than we wanted to know. My wife told them to then just fix the abs module. Today my wife picked up the car and after leaving the dealership noticed the interior handle and surrounding cup were totally broken off into the door. My wife called and spoke to rick who told her the door was already broken and finished breaking. No explanation of why we were not notified of it being broken, and no apologies or explanation. The door is now not functional and she had to climb out of the passenger side to exit. In addition to the door being broken the issue with the dash was not fully repaired as the miles till empty is not displaying proper mileage. I ordered a new door from another dealership for $600 which i do not find exorbitant. If the handle did not break under the tugging I witnessed I do not know what they did to break it, but not being notified and the response we received is the worst service I have ever experienced. I drove 30 minutes to Fowlerville instead of 10 to Snethkamp, where I usually go, as I really was impressed with everyone I met at Motorcity Harley. I will not be going back. More

I started buy cby calling in asking about RAMs, and pricing. Jason on the phone did a great job of listenning to what typre of truck I was looking for and then came gave me a few options on what they had in stock, and assured me that they could bring one in if it did not meet my needs. Jason kept in contact with me VIA phone and email. Was not pushhey like most other dealer ships. Jason had Tom get in contact with me and I eventually went in on a Thursady to see what they had to offer. After narrowing down my needs, thaey allowed me to drive 3 Different RAMs, and could not decide between 2. So they also allowed me to take one home to show the Family. After discusions back and forth I finally settled and Tom struck a fantastic deal for me on the RAM of choice. Ed Miller took care of the paper work quickly, and I could have taken the truck that night, But needed a second driver. Tom offered to bring the RAM to my home next AM, and he did, along with spending a good hour going over all the features and options on the RAM.
