The only challenge was upon taking delivery, the vehicle was not prepped well by the porters and took an extra 45 mins to finalize delivery. Otherwise, my experience at Dick Scott was top notch. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and in will certainly purchase another vehicle here. More

Great sales experience, except for the 1/2 tank of gas Chris Helka did a great job for us as our sales guy. He was really on top of everything, which was important since we don't live in MI and made a 4 h Chris Helka did a great job for us as our sales guy. Once we got there, the entire transaction only took about 2 hours including the test drive and trade in. My only complaint is their management's policy of only filling the gas tank half way; kind of expected a full tank on a $53000.00 vehicle. Great job Chris! Thanks. More

Best car buying experience I would first like to say that my boyfriend and I drove a 1999 Buick Regal. It was the worst car, something new was always going wrong with it. She bought the Chevy Malibu and when I took my Mom to the dealership to pick up her new car Alexis took us into the service bay where there, was her new car with a big bow on the hood, that's when my Mom started to cry tears of joy!! Alexis and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate my Mom and even picked her old car up from her home in Lansing.
