After leasing a Dodge Journey I expereienced two mechanical issues. The first was a "ticking" sound in the engine. After that, my vehicle developed a "squealing" noise. Joe and his staff kept me mechanical issues. The first was a "ticking" sound in the engine. After that, my vehicle developed a "squealing" noise. Joe and his staff kept me informed on the status of the work and also provided for a rental vehicle while my car was in for repair. The ticking noise required Joe and his staff to work in conjunction with the Chrysler engineers. Needless to say the vehicle could not be repaired the "same day" but was completed in a reasonable time frame when considering the nature of the repairs. There was a forty page bulletin in regard to the squealing noise my vehicle was making. I have not had a recurrence of either issue since receiving my vehicle back from the service department.(in late November). More
