We apologize you feel you had a negative experience at our dealership; at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram our goal is complete satisfaction and exceptional service to all customers. We take all comments and concerns seriously and have looked into the situations you have described. Our records show that you were contacted when your vehicle service was completed. We apologize that you waited so long following the completed service and we will look into how we can improve contacting waiting customers to avoid this in the future. As for the vehicle no start complaint, we were unable to duplicate the concern. We kept the vehicle for an extended period, while providing a loaner, in an effort to find the issue. After several weeks we were still not able to find the issue as described. Our Sales Manager does again apologize for not being able to assist with finding a vehicle that would meet your budget and needs, however, not all incentives and offers advertised are available on all makes and models and therefore sometimes we are not able to successfully complete a pull-ahead deal. We do sincerely apologize that we were not able to find the right deal to fit your needs at this time. Our General Manager, Jason Scott, has been made aware of your experience.
