One of the service guys by the name of Rob took a very good look at my truck, and knew what was going on with the truck. He explained to me why the truck was doing what it was doing and told me don’t worry I we will take care of you. You know that made me feel so good to here that , and not only did he do that. He had the service people doing a real good check on the car to make sure everything was good. He came back and told me the car is now in good shape. Simple check up turned into them having my Jeep for a month. I went in for an oil change and check up. Ended up being a transition adjustment. Larry was impossible to get an answer from and never returned calls. I went in for an oil change and check up. Ended up being a transition adjustment.
